The Loft Collective

In the spirit of passing along songs in the most direct way possible, a number of community-affiliated artists will be playing from the comfort of a well lit, not at all smokey, completely unironic and unhip apartment. Don’t call it a show. It’s a gathering of friends sharing food and songs, ideas, and certainly no small amount of bullshitting. It’s what we do, boo.

Capt. Dangerfoot, Dewey Decimal, Jackie Futon, Matt Hosay, Mt. Storm Park, Dustin Smith from Okay Lindon, and probably others will be passing it around. Come hang out.

I think it could be summed up with evolution. Plug in, or unplug. Out with the old, in with the new. Keep on keeping on. And numerous other catch phrases for personal comfort in this year of 2010. No promises. Just community and the ebb and flow of each others company. Far or near. Do you have anything to add. Because with or without your support, Loft Co stands loosely connected. That and the website is paid for. Better have fun.
